We offer you a project for a holiday village in the village of Sokolovo - one of the fastest growing villages in the region. It is located on the main road that connects the town of Balchik with the regional town of Dobrich. Only 7 km from Balchik and the Architectural and Park Complex Palace with Botanical Garden, 50 km from Varna Airport and 20 km from the most beautiful resort on the northern Black Sea coast – Albena. It only takes 10 minutes by car to the golf courses designed by Gary Player. The village offers all amenities - school, kindergarten, community center, church, football stadium, shops and restaurant, and also has cable TV and internet.
